Refund policy

  • ➢ We have 7 days of return/exchange policy. You can apply for return/exchange within 7 days
    after the product has been delivered by the delivery agent.
    ➢ We reserve the right not to accept return of products which (i) we believe are being
    returned after use, washed or soiled or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on
    account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
    ➢ Once the return/exchange request is confirmed, we will arrange the reverse pick up of the
    item within 7 days of receiving the request.
    ➢ Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
    ➢ Kindly allow 7days for the returns to be processed and amount to be shown, FOR PREPAID
    ORDERS Or Online Payments, Funds will transfer directly to Customer Account. FOR CASH
    ON DELIVERY (COD), Will receive amount in your GIYSI Wallet worth of same amount as your
    order value which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuing.
    ➢ Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
    ➢ We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional
    cost.
    ➢ You will not be charged with any sort of charges to initiate the return/exchange of damaged
    goods delivered to you.
